McRae also says don’t just go for 70% but build up your energy level towards the 100% level! As he says: “If there’s no possibility of failure, you aren’t pushing yourself.”
USE THE A/V STRATEGY
We all know that listening to rocking pump you up MUSIC is a given; however McRae recommends you use a combination of AUDIO and VIDEO as this reduces your perceived level of EXERTION!
