Today I want to discuss what many fitness trainers have forgotten:
Still go out with your friends and eat Mexican or whatever they decide on!
You just need to study the menu and find what can still fit with your weight loss plan.
Speaking of PLANNING – DO IT!
You need to PLAN especially PLAN AHEAD!
For instance if you are traveling to a foreign country you might need to pack extra protein bars that would most likely not be available there.
You have to PLAN AHEAD when COMMITTING to a goal!
