Before the last post we were discussing how to lose that weight ONE POUND at a time and to AVOID these DRASTIC weight loss plans that do NOT work!
Today regarding EXERCISE learn to be FLEXIBLE! I am not talking about the FLEXIBILITY of your BODY but the elimination of RIGID following of your exercise plan. For instance most plans say 3 to 5 sets of each exercise; however there may be days you just can’t do the suggested sets! Don’t beat yourself up if this happens!
So instead keep the number of reps the SAME per set but don’t be afraid to vary the number of SETS.
When I am on my rowing machine the amount of time NEVER varies but the AMOUNT of strokes does. For instance, last night I went over my MINIMUM 300 strokes to 325. Previously I had just made 300.
I also NEVER cheat my form! Same for you with your reps. NEVER cheat the correct form! Do as many as you can with CORRECT form!
