I was watching the lead up media hype before 2017 Super Bowl and there is 39 year old Super Bowl quarterback Tom Brady looking like a young new draftee!
So today I get my new article from Jeff Reagan of the Patriot Health Alliance and there is information about Tom’s diet:
“Mostly meat/fish/chicken/game/ and then a lot of organic fruits & veggies.
“But Brady said what he eats isn’t as important as what he DOESN’t eat…
“Some of the foods he doesn’t eat are…
– white flour
– white sugar (natural sugar in fruit is OK)
– dairy products
“So why does he avoid these foods?
“Simple. He’s worried about inflammation.
“He knows that inflammation in his body is going to cause him to be a LOT slower. He knows it will cause him more aches and pains throughout the season.
So he avoids these inflammation causing foods like the plague.”
And so should YOU!
