*TAKE BREAKS! Again being OC – Obsessive Compulsive – does NOT help you reach your goal! Again is goes back to STRESS which can cause you to store FAT, eat MUSCLE, ruin your HEALTH and kill your fitness PERFORMANCE!
FIND A PLAN & STICK WITH IT! The article mentions that during a John Hopkins research project they found that those subjects that STAYED HOME and ate HOME cooked meals consumed 137 fewer calories daily! There by cooking at HOME where YOU control what goes into your food you could eliminate 2740 calories in 20 days!
So find something that works for you and stay with it!
YOU CAN LOSE THAT POUND! Then you will be confident to lose the next one!
